Returns and Shipping Policy

All items are shipped in a timely manner. All pre-order items reference an "Expected Ship Date" which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. If your order includes both preorder and non-preorder items, the full order will be held until the expected ship date of the preorder item(s). In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.

 

Orders of $300 and up require signature confirmation upon delivery.

 

All clearance items are a final sale. They may not be exchanged, or returned. All Limited release sales are final, no cancellation allowed. If there is a cancellation before items are shipped, there will be a restocking fee of 15%. There will be no refunds or returns for all limited sales. Customer agrees to these terms at time of purchase.

Items (non limited release) ordered online may be returned 14 days from the date of purchase. You must email us at sassafraschildrens@gmail.com for return authorization. Return shipping will be paid for by the customer. Only new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition and packaging may be returned. Original condition means free of any stains, odor, smoke, perfume, lint, pet hair, etc. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable). Some items are exempt from returns such as but not limited to: car seats, strollers, limited release, perishable items, under garments, swimwear, bottles and books. Some items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We make every effort to provide you with top quality merchandise, however if you believe you have defective merchandise, you must contact the manufacturer directly. Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on defective merchandise.
